I have started the clean program about a week ago and I have been mixing and matching some ingredients to make some new smoothies and I thought it would be nice to share 🙂 this one is one of my favorites!
1 cup of frozen ( organic) blueberries
1 cup of almond milk
Handful of organic baby spinach
1/4 c of almond butter
2 tbsp of chia meal
1/2 tsp of carob or raw cocoa powder
1 tbsp stevia
And blend 🙂
Simple, easy and taste so good!!!
